DSP Online Conference

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Welcome to the DSP Online Conference. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.dsponlineconference.com and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Angstrom Media Platforms LLP ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, registering for the conference, viewing session content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide during registration is accurate, and that you accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an employer or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

Definitions

  • Service: the DSP Online Conference website, related conference events, video archive, forums, and all features made available through www.dsponlineconference.com.
  • Account: a registered user account created on the Service, identified by a unique email address.
  • Pass: a paid registration that grants access to specific conference content during a defined access period (for example, the live event, the year's archives, or a Workshop).
  • Conference Content: all session videos, live streams, slides, downloadable materials, demos, panels, workshops, and any other content made available through the Service by us, our speakers, or our sponsors.
  • User Content: any content you submit to the Service, including forum posts, comments, questions, profile information, and uploaded files.

Accounts & Access

Account Creation

To access most features of the Service, you must create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

One User per Account

Each Account is for a single individual. You may not share your Account, password, login link, or any access credential with anyone else. Accounts may not be transferred or resold.

Security of Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

Code-Based Login

For convenience, we may issue short login codes that allow you to sign in without entering a password. These codes are personal to you and must not be shared. We may disable code-based login at any time, including after repeated failed attempts.

Payments & Refunds

Pricing & Billing

Pass prices are listed on the Service in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect Passes already purchased.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you authorize the relevant processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Refund Policy

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content (including live and recorded sessions), all Pass purchases are generally non-refundable. We may issue a refund at our discretion, for example in cases of duplicate payment, billing error, or extraordinary circumstances. Requests should be sent to us within 14 days of purchase using the contact link below.

Refunds will not be issued for Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Promo Codes & Coupons

Promotional discounts and coupons are limited to the conditions stated when they are issued (for example, valid only for a specific edition, audience, or until a specific date). They cannot be combined unless we expressly say so, and they have no cash value.

License to View Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any access period associated with your Pass, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view Conference Content through the Service for your own personal or professional development.

This license is for streaming and viewing only. It does not transfer any ownership in the content, and it does not allow you to download, copy, store, redistribute, publicly perform, or otherwise reuse the content, except where we explicitly provide a download option (such as a slide deck) for personal reference.

Conference Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by us, our speakers, our sponsors, and other rights holders. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Prohibited Uses

To keep the Service available and useful for everyone, you agree not to do any of the following:

  • No automated access. Do not use any bot, scraper, crawler, headless browser, script, automated downloader, or similar tool to access, enumerate, or retrieve Conference Content, session pages, archive listings, or any other part of the Service. Do not bypass, attempt to bypass, or interfere with any rate limit, access control, authentication, or watermarking system.
  • No downloading or recording. Do not download, capture, screen-record, transcode, or otherwise create copies of session videos or live streams, except where we explicitly provide a download button for that file.
  • No redistribution. Do not republish, mirror, host, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute Conference Content, in whole or in part, in any medium. This includes posting to YouTube, Vimeo, file lockers, internal company portals, intranets, training sites, or messaging platforms.
  • No credential sharing. Do not share your Account, password, login link, or session cookies with anyone, including colleagues at the same company. Each viewer needs their own Pass.
  • No reverse engineering. Do not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of any part of the Service.
  • No abusive traffic. Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service, including by sending excessive requests, attempting denial-of-service, or probing for vulnerabilities outside an authorized disclosure process.
  • No unlawful or harmful conduct. Do not use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate others; to upload malware; to violate any applicable law (including export, sanctions, and intellectual property laws); or to infringe any third party's rights.
  • No commercial use. Except for sponsors and speakers acting under a separate written agreement with us, the Service may not be used to promote your own products or services, recruit our users, or scrape user data for commercial purposes.

If you discover a security issue, please report it to us through the contact link below before disclosing it publicly. We appreciate good-faith security research.

User Content

The Service includes forums, comments, Q&A, profiles, and other features that let you post User Content. You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it on and in connection with the Service, including for promotional excerpts.

You are responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, or remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for User Content posted by others.

Speakers, Sponsors & Third Parties

Speakers and sponsors who participate in the conference do so under separate agreements with us. Their sessions, demos, and materials are made available through the Service for the duration and on the terms specified at the time of presentation.

The Service may include links to, or content embedded from, third-party services (for example, video players, slide hosts, or sponsor websites). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account, restrict your access, or remove your User Content, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, that your Account has been compromised, that your use poses a risk to other users or to the Service, or that we are required to do so by law.

In particular, we will suspend Accounts that show signs of automated scraping, bulk downloading, credential sharing, or other patterns that conflict with the personal-use license described above. Suspended Accounts must contact us to request reinstatement.

We are not required to issue refunds for Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to suspension or termination.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including the License to View Content limits, Prohibited Uses, User Content license, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive any termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that any specific session, speaker, or sponsor will be available at any particular time, that recordings will be made or retained for any minimum period, or that any third-party content embedded in the Service will remain accessible.

You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for any decisions you make based on Conference Content. Conference Content is intended for general professional and educational purposes and is not a substitute for independent engineering judgment, legal advice, or safety review.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Angstrom Media Platforms LLP, its affiliates, partners, speakers, sponsors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant Pass during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in which case the limitations above will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angstrom Media Platforms LLP, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your User Content, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent notice on the Service) before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Angstrom Media Platforms LLP is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
